10 - 15 Apr 2026
HIGHLIGHT: ICONSIAM Elevates Songkran to a Premier Global Festival
ICONSIAM is set to transform the traditional Thai Songkran festival into a world-class Global Festival, integrating every dimension of Thai excellence—from premier water-splashing locations and cultural heritage to national symbols and contemporary icons. This celebration aims to showcase the profound beauty of Thai culture, ensuring that Songkran 2026 at ICONSIAM is rich in national identity and firmly established as a Global Experiential Destination. The festivities will take place from April 10 – 15, 2026.
THAICONIC SPLASH: The Ultimate Songkran Experience
The Right Tradition, The Right Impression, and The Right Destination—Songkran at ICONSIAM.
ICONSIAM is prepared to deliver a comprehensive Songkran celebration. A major highlight is the Water-Splashing Zone, where River Park will be transformed into the THAICONIC SPLASH arena. This area is open to the public to enjoy the festivities free of charge.
A 9-Meter Elephant Landmark with Sacred Water from 9 Renowned Temples: A signature highlight of the event, this landmark is designed by the acclaimed DeeSweetDrug Studio. It reimagines the elephant—Thailand’s national symbol—as a celebratory icon. Named “Cham-Boon and Rin-Suk,” these giant water-spraying elephants will lead the festivities for six full days. Every moment of play is enhanced with sacred water sourced from nine prestigious temples, ensuring a blessed and auspicious start to the New Year.
Safety and Convenience: Experience Songkran with peace of mind through our systematic management. ICONSIAM provides a dedicated Kids Zone for children to play safely under close supervision. Additionally, Solar-Powered Drying Stations are available, allowing guests to dry off comfortably before continuing their shopping or heading home.
THAICONIC ENTERTAINMENT: A New Dimension of Festivity
As entertainment is synonymous with Songkran, ICONSIAM presents a vibrant lineup featuring contemporary icons and popular artists. Guests can enjoy high-energy mini-concerts and performances throughout the festival.
THAICONIC CULTURAL HERITAGE: The Majestic Songkran Procession
Thailand’s rich cultural legacy will be showcased through the magnificent Songkran Goddess Procession. For 2026, the procession honors “Rakshasa Devi,” the designated Songkran Goddess of the year. This exquisite parade is designed to project the charm and elegance of Thai traditions to a global audience.
Authentic Thai Gastronomy: Savor authentic Thai recipes and regional delicacies from across the country at SOOKSIAM. Furthermore, over 170 renowned restaurants within ICONSIAM will offer a diverse selection of Thai and international summer menus.
THAICONIC BLESSED BEGINNINGS: Sustaining Auspicious Traditions
Commence the Thai New Year with traditional merit-making. Visitors are invited to participate in the Bathing of the Buddha Images (Song Nam Phra) at several locations:
The Blessing Buddha at River Park.
Luang Phor Ngern at SOOKSIAM.
The Buddha Statues from Four Regions at ICS Lifestyle Complex (located opposite ICONSIAM).
These rituals are intended to usher in a year of happiness, faith, and prosperity, enhancing spiritual energy for all participants.
Join us for six full days of celebration from April 10 – 15, 2026. Experience the "Right" Songkran at the "Right" Place—only at ICONSIAM.
